Continuing with our philosophy of fresh, healthy food and an innovative dining experience, we've expanded our menu to include specialties from Malaysia, Thailand & China. Our a la carte specialties are marinated in exotic spices, steamed-grilled or pan fried with the ingredients of your choice to assist in an “out of the world” fine dinning experience.

In addition to the option of “A La Carte”, we also launch the “BOWL” or 'Quick Wok'. All one does is choose his accompaniments from a bar of meats & veggies & then instructs the Chef to cook his BOWL in a choice of 18 Ready to Cook pastes available to him in a category of mild spicy & spicy, along with Rice or Noodles of your choice. What more, for the very affordable price tag, you can have as many helpings as you want, highlighting the “eat as much as you can” policy we wish to deliver. Mr. Ramnath (Babu) Quenim, our father who is the pioneer behind some of Goa's finest businesses such as Hotel Mandovi, Goenchin, Riviera, A Pastelaria etc has inculcated and trained us with the tricks of his trade, thus we could be self sufficient entrepreneurs, not to forget the principle reason behind promoting us, his sons, to launch an entirely new venture “MandoviQue's Hospitality”.
